Old Mutual is seeking a customer-focused adviser to provide guidance on a range of products to a specific market in South Africa. You will manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate CRM data, and develop relationships through calls and meetings, following a multilevel sales script.

Responsibilities include identifying sales opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting business development activities while delivering quality service and clear communication to clients.

Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 - Grade 12, School leaving Certificate, National or Occupational Certificate or equivalent (Required).

Responsabilités

• Provide advice on a specific range of products to a specific allocated market and be accountable for results.
• Carry out standard customer service activities and handle simple customer inquiries.
• Assess compliance with established standards and protocols for routine inquiries.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Ensure CRM data accuracy and note follow-up actions and actions taken during each sales call.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements following a multilevel sales script.
• Make calls to allocated potential customers to develop relationships and resolve queries.
• Follow mandatory procedures to ensure quality standards and regulatory compliance.
• Carry out routine business development support tasks and identify potential customers.
• Identify potential customers by obtaining information and referrals from existing customers.
• Input data into spreadsheets or standard formats and demonstrate networking value.
