• Experience in customer service or sales environment.
• Ability to identify opportunities and build customer relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Provide a quality service to customers while identifying opportunities to secure new business or support retention.
• Process cases, handle complex queries, and resolve customer problems.
• Analyze problems to find best solutions, technical or professional in nature.
• Receive visitors and assist with information requests, referring complex matters to colleagues.
• Enter relevant information into the CRM after each contact to enable retention and business development.
• Set objectives for sales calls or meetings and tailor materials to decision-makers.
• Develop a relationship management plan to identify and engage relevant decision-makers.
• Adhere to policies and regulatory codes to ensure compliance and obtain supervisor authorization for exceptions.
• Monitor and assess sales and market data for a geographic region to identify growth.
• Create a personal network within the business sector and represent the organization at events.
• Conduct research to enable analysis of themes and trends using primary data sources.
• Demonstrate the value of networking by contributing to a network of people, technologies, and ideas.
