Qualifications

• NQF Level 4 or equivalent is required.
• Experience in customer service and consultative selling is preferred.
• Ability to follow established procedures and comply with regulatory codes.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service and handle inquiries in line with standards.
• Identify potential sales opportunities and develop relationships.
