Job summary

Absa Bank Limited is seeking a customer services associate to handle day-to-day knowledge work and execute predefined objectives according to SOPs and service standards. The role involves being the first point of contact for customers, processing enquiries in line with legislation and internal protocols, and maintaining compliance with FAIS fit and proper requirements and the General Code of Conduct.

A relevant FETC qualification is required, with a view to contributing to the bank’s commitment

• FETC: Business, Commerce and Management Studies is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as first point of contact for customers, handling requests and queries to a satisfactory conclusion.
• Process enquiries in accordance with procedures, legislation and service standards.
