Humankind Group in Sandton is seeking a Client Service Consultant to join our Health Consulting team, focusing on medical aid member and employer enquiries, memberships, and claims support.

The role requires NQF Level 5 and RE5, strong admin and Excel skills, and the ability to build client relationships while ensuring compliance and accurate records.

Qualificações

• At least 3 years' experience in medical aid administration or related fields.
• NQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• RE5 qualification.
• Knowledge of medical aid products, benefits and legislation.
• Strong communication, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• CMS accreditation and FSCA registration advantageous.
• CRM system experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage member and employer enquiries, ensuring timely resolution.
• Process new memberships, registrations, amendments and option changes.
• Assist with claims, benefits, billing and reconciliation queries.
• Liaise with medical schemes, healthcare providers, HR and payroll teams.
• Maintain accurate membership records and ensure compliance.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain service standards.
• Identify recurring issues and propose improvements.

Medical Aid Client Service Consultant Health Consulting

Location: Sandown, Sandton, Johannesburg
Salary: R15 000 R19 000 per month, depending on experience
Non Negotiable: NQF Level 5 and RE5
Working Hours: Monday to Friday | 08:00 17:00
Work Arrangement: Fully office-based

Are you passionate about client service and experienced in the medical aid industry? An exciting opportunity is available for a professional, organised and customer-focused Client Service Consultant to join an established Health Consulting team in Sandton.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medical aid member and employer enquiries, ensuring accurate and timely resolution.
• Process new memberships, dependant registrations, amendments and option changes.
• Assist with claims, benefits, billing and reconciliation queries.
• Liaise with medical schemes, healthcare providers, HR teams and payroll administrators.
• Maintain accurate membership records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Build strong client relationships and maintain excellent service standards.
• Identify recurring service issues and recommend practical improvements.

Minimum Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in medical aid administration, healthcare consulting, medical schemes or employee benefits.
• Relevant NQF Level 5 qualification or equivalent.
• RE5 qualification.
• Good knowledge of medical aid products, benefits and relevant legislation.
• Strong communication, administrative and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Advantageous Council for Medical Schemes (CMS) accreditation and FSCA registration.
• CRM system experience.
• Advanced Excel skills.
