Placements24 in East London is seeking a proactive Recruitment Consultant focused on construction and engineering. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, connecting skilled professionals with leading firms and supporting critical industry projects from our professional office.

With at least 3 years in recruitment, you will source candidates, assess technical fit, negotiate offers, and help onboarding while building strong client relationships in the construction and engineering sectors.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience with a focus on Construction or Engineering.
• Proven success sourcing and placing candidates in these technical fields.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a professional office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for construction and engineering roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placement.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients in the construction and engineering industries.
• Proactively source and attract qualified candidates, including engineers, project managers, site managers, and tradespeople.
• Conduct thorough candidate assessments to verify technical skills, experience, and qualifications.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the onboarding process for successful candidates.
