Placements24 is seeking a proactive Construction Site Supervisor in Mossel Bay, Western Cape to oversee day-to-day residential project operations. You will manage site activities, enforce safety, and ensure work is completed on time and to high quality.

The role requires reading blueprints, coordinating trades, suppliers, and project managers, with strong leadership and communication skills and a hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role, preferably in residential construction.
• Strong understanding of building processes and safety regulations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications.
