Resources Partners Pty Ltd in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, is seeking a Project Sales Representative to drive sales across commercial, industrial and infrastructure projects. You will identify opportunities, build key relationships with developers, engineers and contractors, and promote a range of construction products.

The role requires a proven track record in project sales within construction, strong negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel throughout KwaZulu-Natal.

Qualificações

• Matric; a relevant tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, Construction Management or related field is advantageous.
• At least five years' experience in project or technical sales within the construction industry.
• Experience selling construction materials or related technical solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and develop sales opportunities across KwaZulu-Natal projects.
• Build relationships with developers, architects, engineers, contractors and distributors.
• Promote adhesives, grouts, waterproofing, flooring and concrete repair products.
• Influence product specifications and procurement decisions during planning and design stages.
• Conduct client visits, site meetings and product presentations.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support customers with technical queries.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate terms and pursue tenders to close sales.
• Maintain an active project pipeline and accurate forecasts.
• Monitor market trends and identify growth opportunities.
• Ensure smooth delivery and high service levels with logistics teams.
