• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
• Proficiency in relevant construction management software.
• Professional accreditation (e.g., PMP, MAPM) is a plus.
• Familiarity with the construction landscape in KwaZulu-Natal.

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Oversee all site operations, ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel effectively.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays and cost overruns.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes, permits, and environmental regulations in Durban.
