• Minimum 12 years of experience in construction project management, focused on industrial facilities.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding R50 million.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, project finance, and risk management.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera P6, or similar.
• Experience with HSE management systems in industrial settings.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Rustenburg region and potentially other sites.
