Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience managing complex construction projects.
• Knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Experience with MS Project or Primavera.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to travel to project sites.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A minimum of 7 years of proven experience in managing complex construction projects. Demonstrated understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations. Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project, Primavera, or similar. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management and cost control. Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings effectively. Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
