You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, coordinate with authorities, and maintain client relations while balancing site and remote oversight in a hybrid model.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive construction project management experience, with ≥3 years in lead capacity.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale infrastructure and building projects from inception to completion.
• In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and Gauteng regulations.
• Strong contract management, procurement, and financial control skills.
• Excellent leadership and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficient in PM software (MS Project, Primavera P6) and construction tools.
• Ability to balance on-site presence with remote oversight.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field; relevant professional registration is advantageous.

You will be responsible for managing all phases of construction projects, from initiation and planning through to execution, monitoring, and closure. This position demands a proactive leader with a strong understanding of construction methodologies, safety regulations, and budget management. The Lead Project Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
