Job summary

Dante Personnel is seeking an experienced technical sales professional in Gauteng, South Africa, to drive growth across construction-related markets. The role requires deep knowledge of piling, foundations, drilling methods and geotechnical applications, with a track record of expanding markets and closing deals.

You will work on-site with construction projects, travel frequently across South Africa and Africa, and build strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in technical sales, product management, business development or a similar role.
• Strong industry experience within Construction, Piling, Foundations, Ground Engineering and/or Drilling.
• Proven on-site experience working with construction projects, piling equipment and drill rigs is essential.
• Strong understanding of drilling methods, piling systems, ground conditions and geotechnical applications.
• Proven track record of developing new markets and driving business growth.
• Strong commercial, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Willing and able to travel extensively throughout South Africa and across Africa.
• Valid driver’s licence and passport essential.
