Job summary

Mukona Group in Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, seeks an experienced estimator to prepare detailed cost estimates and competitive tender submissions for civil, geotechnical and piling projects. You will price investigations, compile quantities, and manage supplier quotations while analysing drawings and reports to support successful bids.

Ideal candidates will have leading project management skills, strong commercial knowledge, and travel willingness to engage with clients and suppliers as needed.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or related discipline.
• Extensive experience in civil engineering, construction or geotechnical projects.
• Strong commercial and contractual knowledge.
• Proven leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Valid South African Driver’s Licence.
• Willingness to travel when required.
