Location: South Africa, Gauteng – project based

Employment Type: Full-time

We are recruiting for an experienced construction manager to join a growing project delivery team.

Both roles are site-based and require strong leadership, practical construction knowledge, attention to safety and quality, and the ability to keep projects progressing according to programme.

Construction Manager

The Construction Manager will oversee day-to-day construction operations, coordinate teams and subcontractors, manage project progress, resources, risk and site performance, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Must have applicable qualification within building industry, preferably diploma or higher

+8yrs solid experience in related field (Commercial Renovation experience will be beneficial)

Must be willing to work night shift if that is a project requirement as we do renovation projects.

Salary: R22 000 - 45 000 per month, , depending on own vehicle and experience.
