Placements24 is seeking a skilled Construction Equipment Operator to join our client in Paarl, Western Cape. You will operate excavators, bulldozers, graders, and cranes to support site preparation and material handling on infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will be certified in relevant machinery, able to read site plans, and committed to safety and teamwork on a construction site in the Western Cape.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction machinery, including excavators, loaders, dozers, and cranes, for various tasks.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow site plans and instructions to complete excavation, grading, material transport, and other tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the site supervisor immediately.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve project objectives efficiently.
