The ideal candidate brings proven heavy equipment experience, valid licenses, and the ability to read site plans and follow safety protocols. Outdoor work with a collaborative crew is required, with potential long-term engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating heavy construction equipment.
• Valid operator licenses and certifications for relevant machinery.
• Ability to read and interpret site plans, grading stakes, and grade laser signals.
• Strong understanding of equipment operation, maintenance, and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Operate heavy construction machinery, including excavators, loaders, dozers, and cranes, for various tasks.
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe and efficient operation.
• Follow site plans and instructions to complete excavation, grading, material transport, and other tasks.
• Adhere strictly to all safety regulations and company policies while operating machinery.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the site supervisor immediately.
• Work collaboratively with other crew members to achieve project objectives efficiently.
