Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline.
• Minimum 12 years' relevant construction experience.
• At least 5 years' senior management or leadership experience overseeing multiple projects and financial performance.
• Proven experience delivering substantial solar PV, BESS, electrical infrastructure or comparable projects.
• Demonstrated responsibility for project or business unit profitability, budgets and cash flow.
• Strong understanding of civil, mechanical and electrical construction activities.
• Extensive experience in contract administration, procurement, subcontractor management and project delivery.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, commercial and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly to project sites across South Africa.

• Knowledge of FIDIC and/or NEC contracts.


• Experience working with international stakeholders, particularly Chinese EPC contractors.


• Relevant professional registration.
