CFS Recruitment is seeking a Compliance Manager in Short-Term Insurance based in Bedfordview, Gauteng. You will lead the compliance framework and manage risk across regional functions, coordinating with external providers and internal business units to uphold regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include conducting reviews, policy development, training delivery, and escalation of compliance concerns, ensuring a strong, customer-centric culture and robust governance across the organisation.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years' compliance experience within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SA financial services legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting compliance reviews, audits and control testing.

• Sound knowledge of South African financial services legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Experience conducting compliance reviews, audits, and control testing.
• Proven ability to develop and implement compliance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Knowledge of regulatory examinations and competency requirements applicable to FSP licences.
• Experience in compliance reporting, risk assessment, and remediation tracking.
• Strong stakeholder management and advisory skills.
• Experience implementing and maintaining governance frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
