Job summary

Citi South Africa invites graduates to join a one-year Learnership Programme within the Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM) team. The programme provides exposure to AML risk management, regulatory frameworks and risk assessments, with opportunities to apply for permanent roles during the year.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree with a GPA of 65% or higher, or a master's degree in any discipline.

Qualifications

• GPA at least 65% for undergraduate degree or a master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong leadership, teamwork and communication skills are essential.
• Acceptable to have up to 1 year of work experience but not required.

Responsibilities

• participate in core compliance risk management activities under supervision.
• Assist in AML risk management processes and regulatory framework learning.
• Support policy implementation and risk assessment tasks as part of the ICRM team.
