Job summary

Zorg+Welzijn seeks a care assistant to deliver the highest level of night-time care for our residents, ensuring dignity and individuality are preserved at all times. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Experience with older people is preferred but training will be given. You will assist with personal care, monitor residents during the night, support feeding, and ensure the home and equipment remain safe, clean and well-documented through accurate care records.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.
• Experience with care of older people preferred but training provided.
