Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Recreation Management or related field.
• 2–4 years of program coordination experience in recreation or sports.
• Strong planning, event management and community engagement skills.
• Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as schedules require.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement recreational programs (sports leagues, fitness classes, events).
• Coordinate scheduling and use of facilities and equipment.
• Recruit, train, and supervise staff and volunteers.
