Qualifications

• Proven experience in developing and managing recreational or sports programs.
• Strong program planning, implementation, and evaluation abilities.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with diverse populations across ages.
• Budget management and resource allocation experience.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and risk management in recreation.
• First Aid and CPR certification required.
• Degree or diploma in related field preferred.
