Job summary

Placements24 partners with a Vereeniging-based non-profit to appoint an experienced Non-Profit Program Manager on-site. You will oversee strategic planning, development, implementation and evaluation of community programs, manage budgets, staff, and strong stakeholder relationships.

The role requires a Master's in Public Administration, Social Work, or Development Studies, 5+ years in non-profit program management, and proven leadership with budgeting and fundraising capabilities to drive

Qualifications

Master's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Development Studies, or related field.
5+ years of progressive experience in program management within the non-profit sector.
Proven budgeting, financial management, and fundraising experience for non-profit programs.
Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end management of multiple community development programs, from inception to completion.
Develop strategic program plans with clear objectives, timelines and KPIs.
Oversee program budgets, ensuring donor requirements are met and resources are efficiently allocated.
Mentor and support program staff to foster a high-performance culture.
Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, government agencies and funding partners in Vereeniging.
