Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and manage community development projects aligned with goals.
• Conduct needs assessments and identify priority areas for intervention.
• Facilitate community participation in design and implementation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, local government, and NGOs.
• Monitor progress, collect data, and prepare progress reports.
• Ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Organize meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
• Identify risks and contribute to new proposals and funding.
• Represent the organization at community events.
