Qualifications

• Previous experience in program coordination or administrative support, preferably in a non-profit setting.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with Polokwane community and its needs is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementation, and execution of community programs.
• Coordinate program logistics including scheduling, venues, materials.
• Manage participant registration, communication, and engagement.
• Maintain program records, attendance, and data collection for reporting.
• Liaise with partners, stakeholders, and beneficiaries to ensure smooth delivery.
• Provide administrative support to program managers and team.
