Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and teams effectively.
• Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of multiple social impact programs.
• Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring financial accountability and efficient resource allocation.
• Lead, mentor, and manage program staff and project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
• Establish and monitor program goals and KPIs, tracking progress and reporting on outcomes.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including community partners, government agencies, and beneficiaries.
• Identify and mitigate program risks, implementing contingency plans as needed to ensure successful delivery.
