Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Social Work, Community Development, Psychology, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in community development or related role.
• Proven track record managing community projects and initiatives.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills.
• Knowledge of Gauteng community dynamics and social issues.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement community outreach strategies and action plans.
• Organize community events, workshops, and awareness campaigns.
• Conduct needs assessments and surveys to identify challenges.
