Qualifications

• Experience working in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and field-based activities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and management of community development projects.
• Conduct needs assessments and feasibility studies to identify priority areas for intervention.
• Develop project proposals and budgets, seeking funding from various sources.
• Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and objectives.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with community stakeholders, government agencies, and other NGOs.
• Prepare regular progress reports and evaluate program impact.
