Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in social sciences, community development, public administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in community development, project management, or social work.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to engage effectively with diverse community groups and build consensus.

Responsibilities

• Identify community needs and opportunities through research, surveys, and stakeholder engagement.
• Develop and manage community development projects from conception to completion.
• Facilitate community participation and empower residents to take ownership of development initiatives.
• Build and maintain collaborative relationships with community members, local government, and partner organizations.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and report on impact to stakeholders.
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
