Formación

• Degree or diploma in Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Relations or related field.
• Proven experience in community engagement, social work or related role.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking and public speaking skills.
• Strong understanding of community development and inclusion concepts.
• Hybrid work ability balancing fieldwork and administrative tasks.
• Experience in event planning and management is an asset.
• Proficiency with digital communication tools and social media.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and implement community engagement strategies for social inclusion.
• Organize and facilitate community events, workshops and focus groups.
• Build relationships with community leaders, residents, organizations and government.
• Identify community needs via research, surveys and direct engagement.
• Develop communication materials including newsletters and social posts.
• Support development and implementation of community projects.
• Recruit and manage volunteers for initiatives.
• Monitor and report on engagement impact.
