Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in community engagement, social work, or program management.
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse community groups.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in facilitating group discussions and workshops, both in-person and online.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive community engagement strategies to foster participation and collaboration.
• Organize and facilitate community meetings, workshops, events, and outreach activities, both in-person and virtually.
• Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with community leaders, residents, local businesses, and relevant organizations.
• Identify community needs, challenges, and opportunities, and translate these insights into actionable program recommendations.
• Coordinate the delivery of social programs and services, ensuring they are responsive to community needs and effectively managed.
• Prepare regular reports on engagement activities, program progress, and community feedback for management.
• Represent our client at community forums, public consultations, and networking events.
• Manage program budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources for community initiatives.
• Contribute to the development of communication materials and outreach campaigns to promote program awareness and participation.
