Placements24 is seeking a motivated Community Engagement Officer to support social development initiatives in Rustenburg, North West. The role blends hybrid remote work with on-site community activities, requiring strong relationship-building and program management.

You will lead outreach, coordinate social programs, and liaise with diverse community stakeholders to drive positive social change across the North West region.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in community engagement or program management.
• Proven ability to build rapport with diverse community groups.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with multitasking.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Experience facilitating group discussions both in-person and online.
• Driver's license and willingness to travel within Rustenburg area.
• Understanding of the North West socio-economic landscape is desirable.

• Develop and execute engagement strategies to foster participation and collaboration.
