Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Environmental Studies, Project Management, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in project coordination, community engagement, or sustainable development.
• Strong understanding of community dynamics and experience working with diverse groups.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with renewable energy concepts is an advantage.
