Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Community Development, Environmental Studies, or a related field.
  • Experience in project coordination, preferably within community-based agricultural or development programs.
  • Strong understanding of urban agriculture, food security, and sustainable farming practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse community groups.
  • Experience in basic budget management and reporting.

About the Role
