Placements24 seeks a passionate and organized Community Development Project Manager to lead initiatives in the Soweto area. You will plan, implement, and monitor projects improving social, economic, and environmental well-being within the community.

You will engage with community members, local leaders, and stakeholders to identify needs, co-create project plans, and manage budgets, resources, and timelines for timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Sciences, Development Studies, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on community development, social impact, or non-profit work.
• Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and community mobilization.
• Strong understanding of socio-economic issues relevant to local communities.
