Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Sciences, Community Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in social development facilitation or project management.
• Proven track record in designing and implementing community-based development projects.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Knowledge of development frameworks and best practices in the Stellenbosch area.

Responsibilities

• Design and facilitate workshops and training sessions focused on social and economic development.
• Conduct needs assessments and participatory planning with community groups.
• Develop project proposals and manage project implementation, including budgets and timelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, local government, and NGOs.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of development programs, reporting on outcomes and lessons learned.
