Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, or related field.
• Registration with a relevant professional body is highly advantageous.
• Proven experience in direct client service and case management within a community setting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and active listening skills.
• Strong knowledge of local social services and support networks in Welkom.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy, discretion, and professionalism.
