NewBridge Graduate Institute is seeking motivated Student Advisors to join our Sales and Student Recruitment team across Cape Town, KwaZulu-Natal and Gauteng.

In this role you will engage with enquiries, provide expert programme guidance, support applicants through enrolment, and represent the institute at open days and school visits. You should hold a completed tertiary qualification, have a valid driver’s license, and be available for extended hours during peak registration periods.

Qualifikationen

• Completed tertiary qualification.
• Driver’s license and access to a personal vehicle.
• Willingness to work extended hours during peak registration periods and events.
• Standard working hours are 08:00 to 16:30, Monday to Friday.

Aufgaben

• Secure and deliver high-energy presentations at targeted schools and expos.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and WhatsApp targets to generate leads.
• Update and manage the campus CRM to track leads and sales activities.
• Attend weekly campus sales meetings and report on sales activities against targets.
• Represent the institute at open days, school visits and promotional events.
• Conduct interviews with prospective students and support enrolment journeys.
