Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 1 year working experience in a quality production kitchen.
• Experience in pastry and 4*/5* environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Food preparation in assigned area according to menus, standards and portions.
• Care of operating equipment including cleaning, repair and storage.
• Adherence to health and safety requirements including cleanliness, recycling, pest control and waste management.
