• Prepare and cook food according to recipes, standards and checklists.
• Operate ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers; monitor temperatures.
• Set-up and break down work station; maintain cleanliness and sanitation.
• Follow safety policies; report hazards and complete trainings.
