Job summary

Prosperitas Personnel is seeking an ambitious Sales Representative to join our commercial solar team in Pretoria. This role targets new business development with a hunter mentality, building opportunities, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and delivering tailored solar solutions in collaboration with our technical team.

You will engage business owners and executives, conduct needs analyses, present solutions, negotiate terms, maintain CRM, and strive to exceed monthly

Qualifications

• Successful track record in B2B sales, ideally within commercial solar, renewable energy, electrical, energy or a related technical industry.
• A genuine hunter mentality and strong new-business development skills.
• Demonstrable evidence of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent prospecting, networking and cold-outreach abilities.
• Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new commercial and industrial solar opportunities.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of qualified prospects.
• Identifying decision-makers and opening new accounts.
• Conducting client meetings, needs analyses and solution presentations.
• Developing tailored solar solutions in partnership with our technical team.
• Managing the full sales cycle from initial prospecting through to closing.
• Negotiating commercial terms and securing profitable deals.
• Maintaining accurate CRM records and providing regular pipeline forecasts.
• Building long-term relationships with clients and identifying opportunities for repeat business and referrals.
• Consistently achieving and exceeding monthly and annual sales targets.
