Qualifications

• Proven track record as a successful Commercial Real Estate Broker or similar sales role.
• Current Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) and registration with the EAAB.
• Extensive knowledge of the Cape Town commercial real estate market.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage a demanding sales pipeline.
• Proficiency in CRM software and standard business productivity tools.
