We are seeking a results-driven and commercially astute Commercial Performance Analyst to join a dynamic global team. This role is pivotal in driving international distributor performance, strengthening commercial relationships, and delivering actionable insights that support growth and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and report on distributor purchases versus annual targets.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Engage proactively with top-tier distributors to influence decisions, resolve challenges, and secure commitments.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and distributor feedback to support forecasting and planning.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategies and optimize commercial processes.
• Prepare concise dashboards and reports for management and executive stakeholders.
• Identify anomalies, seasonal trends, and growth opportunities to enhance performance.
• Foster strong distributor relationships across diverse global markets.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in business analysis, commercial finance, or buying/distribution analysis.
• Strong commercial acumen with proven negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in manufacturing, beauty, pharma, or global distributor-model businesses.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (PowerPivot, Power Query, VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data modeling).
• Exposure to ERP/BI tools eg) SYSPRO, SQL, Power BI, ZAP advantageous.
• Proven ability to translate large datasets into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at distributor and executive levels.
