Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/economics or data analytics is required.
• 3–5 years experience in business analysis or commercial finance.
• Advanced Excel and data modeling skills.
• Experience with manufacturing or global distributor models is a plus.
• Strong communication and influencing at executive level.

Responsibilities

• Monitor distributor purchases vs annual targets and report findings.
• Deliver data-driven insights to support strategy and forecasting.
• Engage with top distributors to influence decisions and secure commitments.
• Analyze market trends and distributor feedback to support planning.
• Prepare dashboards and reports for management and executives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize commercial processes.
