• Admitted Attorney with 3–5 years of experience specifically in commercial litigation.
• Experience handling civil litigation, including contractual disputes and debt recovery.
• Strong understanding of the Magistrates' Court Act and High Court Rules.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines effectively, and demonstrate initiative.
• Membership in relevant professional bodies is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial litigation matters, including pleadings, discovery, and trial preparation.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to develop case strategies.
