Placements24 is seeking an ambitious Commercial Litigation Associate to join their Welkom-based practice. You will manage a diverse caseload from intake to trial and post-judgment enforcement, representing clients across various industries in the Free State region.

Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 4 years' experience in commercial litigation.
• Proven experience in managing litigation files and appearing in various courts.

• Excellent drafting, advocacy, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
