• Translate financial and operational data into meaningful business insights, helping leadership teams understand performance drivers, emerging trends, and areas requiring intervention.
• Evaluate revenue streams, product portfolios, customer profitability, and operational performance to uncover opportunities for margin enhancement and sustainable growth.
• Support pricing decisions, investment initiatives, and resource allocation through detailed financial evaluation, scenario planning, and commercial analysis.
• Deliver clear and concise management reporting, including executive-level presentations, business reviews, financial commentary, and performance updates.
• Partner closely with commercial, sales, supply chain, manufacturing, procurement, and operational teams to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and strengthen financial outcomes.
• Drive accountability across the business through measurable performance indicators, actionable insights, and continuous monitoring against strategic and financial targets.
• Champion process optimisation, reporting enhancements, automation initiatives, and data-driven decision-making to improve the effectiveness of the finance function.
• Ensure financial integrity through effective governance, reporting accuracy, compliance, and adherence to internal control frameworks.
