Our client, a reputable commercial cleaning services provider in Port Elizabeth, Eastern Cape , is seeking an experienced and motivated Commercial Cleaning Team Lead. This role involves leading and coordinating a team of cleaning staff to deliver exceptional cleaning services to various commercial clients, including offices, retail spaces, and educational institutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring quality standards, managing team performance, and maintaining client satisfaction. A portion of this role may involve administrative tasks and client liaison, with potential for remote work days to manage scheduling and reporting, but requiring regular on-site presence in Port Elizabeth to manage the team and client sites.

Key Responsibilities
