About the Role

Our client, a well-established provider of commercial cleaning services in Kimberley, Northern Cape , is looking for a dedicated and proactive Commercial Cleaning Operations Lead. This role is essential for overseeing the day-to-day operations of cleaning teams across various commercial properties. The Operations Lead will be responsible for ensuring high standards of cleanliness, managing staff performance, optimizing schedules, and maintaining positive client relationships. This is a hands‑on leadership role that requires excellent organizational skills, a strong understanding of cleaning best practices, and the ability to motivate a team. You will be key in maintaining our client's reputation for reliability and quality service delivery throughout Kimberley and the surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of cleaning professionals, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
• Develop and implement cleaning schedules and assign duties to team members to meet client requirements.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor the quality of work, identify areas for improvement, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
• Train new cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and the use of equipment and supplies.

Requirements
